Mental State Exam (MSE)
This card is a great reference and prompt for conducting a thorough mental state exam. It is based on the World Health Organisation (WHO) standardised MSE format.
Specifications
All cards are printed on superior quality PVC cards with professional card printers. The cards are durable 1mm thick credit card size (CR80).
