A-G Patient Assessment and ISBAR Handover Card
This card is a must for patient safety. It features the ISBAR handover tool that is now standard in most institutions. The other side features the A-G assessment tool for giving a thorough handover or systemically assessing the deteriorating patient. This are both a must have at 3am when stress levels are highest. Don't step out on the floor without one of these.
Specifications
All cards are printed on superior quality PVC cards with a professional card printer. The cards are durable 1mm thick credit card size (CR80). They are fade resistant, water proof and can even be sanitised by light cleaning with an alcohol swab - perfect for those times when you forget to remove your lanyard during a PR exam!
